I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent and convenient, the service was hit or miss, with some staff going out of their way, while others were disappointingly slow. The dining options left much to be desired, and cleanliness in the rooms was subpar. Overall, it didn't quite live up to the boutique luxury I was hoping for.
